2008 One Star Michelin Rated Restaurant

What it's like at Mix at THEhotel at the Mandalay Bay Hotel?

It's a one star Michellin guide rated restaurant and while that is fine and sets it apart from other restaurants in Las Vegas, you might want to come here exclusively for the view. Sure the drinks are outrageously expensive but you can easily be romantic, adventurous, and hip all at once at MIX.

How's the food at Mix at THEhotel at the Mandalay Bay Hotel?

World-renowned chef Alain Ducasse, will try to dazzle you with cuisine that is essentially incredibly fancy stuff that you could never recreate on your own. However, that is precisely the reason you would eat at Mix. The food is a blend of French and American influence and that slight combination gives you meals that have the tasty sensations of complicated French Sauces with some of the simplicity you find in American cuisine.
