What it’s like?
Imagine waking up in middle America where everyone is nice, the atmosphere is festive and electric and the portions are exactly the way they should be, large. Dance, shuffle, tap your feet and get ready for a cowboy adventure as you eat and entertain yourself with some great people watching.
How’s the food?
It’s BBQ, so if you’re a fan of sauce, I am, you will think the food is good. If you’re a fan of action, dancing and laughter, you will eat and consider Gilley’s a place to return to for a good time and decent food. If you do not enjoy the lively atmosphere you could easily complain about the food, the service, the sauce, the noise and everything else. It’s one of those places you either love or hate.
