About Terra Verde at the Green Valley Ranch: Executive chef Massimilliano Campanari brings the taste of his native Italy to this Tuscan-themed restaurant. The open, airy space with tile floors and a wood-burning oven evokes the spirit of the Tuscan countryside.
The menu features homemade pasta, pizzas, risotto and seafood dishes. House specialties include involtini di vitello, veal cutlets rolled with prosciutto, spinach and fontina cheese. The Green Valley Ranch is located about eight miles away from the Strip.
