About the show: She's bold, brash and borderline offensive, but her fans eat it up. Roseanne Barr, with her love-it-or-hate-it brand of humor, has been buzzing around like a giant gnat since the 1980s when she made her first appearance on The Tonight Show. From there, she went on to star in her own show, Roseanne, and became famous for her role as a harried blue-collar wife and mother.

Over nine seasons, the show earned four Emmys, two Golden Globes and six People's Choice Awards. Now, more than 20 years after her TV debut, she looks better than ever. As her physical appearance has sharpened, so has her humor. These days, her observational humor revolves around more age-appropriate subjects, like menopause, pharmaceuticals and her grandkids.

After a brief stint as a talk-show host (The Roseanne Show) and a reality-TV star (The Real Roseanne Show), as well as the publication of best sellers Roseanne: My Life as a Woman and My Lives, she returned to stand-up a few years ago. It's a good fit - Comedy Central ranked Barr No. 9 out of 100 greatest stand-up comedians of all time.

Her performance takes place in the Sahara's storied Congo Room, a 520-capacity venue that has seen the likes of Marlene Dietrich, Johnny Carson, George Carlin, Liza Minnelli and many more. If those walls could talk, there would be a lot of laughs pouring out of them - and now, pouring back in.

Show Times for Roseanne Barr at the Sahara Hotel: Saturday through Wednesday at 9:30 p.m.

Tickets for Roseanne Barr at the Sahara Hotel:  Prices begin at $59.50. VIP and Golden Circle seating are also available.

Transportation: The Sahara is located at the intersection of Sahara Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard.
