About Qua Baths and Spa: Specialties here include relaxing Roman baths, creative "Roman Rituals" and signature experiences. Qua offers unique services, such as dream interpretation, chakra alignment, and Swarovski crystal body art, that are rarely found in other spas.

Located in the Augustus Tower of Caesars Palace, Qua features 51 treatment rooms, including seven facial rooms, three private couple's studios, wet rooms with Vichy showers, a separate men's area and barber spa, a crystal body art room, personal hydrotherapy tubs, a cedarwood sauna, and an herbal steam room. A "tea sommelier" is nearby to actually pair your beverage with your treatment. In addition, a state-of-the-art fitness center is available for workouts.

The true delights here are the Roman Rituals. Each is based on Roman cultural traditions, which focused around communal activities. The spa encourages its visitors to socialize with others while soaking, and refers to this activity as "Social Spa-ing."

The Rituals are available to those purchasing spa treatments. The experience begins in the baths, known historically for their healing properties. There are three pools: the Tepidarium has warm, mineral-enriched waters; the Caldarium has hot, muscle-soothing waters; and the Frigidarium has cold, energizing waters. You'll circulate among the three, and also have the options of enjoying water massages, thermal stone deep relaxation chaises, and simulated rain showers.

The Laconium Room comes into play between treatments. Similar to a Roman steam bath, it's designed to keep your muscles warm while you await your next experience of nirvana. The most popular treatment is the Signature Hourglass Treatment, which allows guests to custom design their own package and select how long they'd like their treatment to last.

Other treatments include "Signature Experiences" such as chakra balancing, Qua Crystal Body Art (a body scrub followed by an artist decorating your body with Swarovski crystals), and the Qua Dream Interpretation Journey (a trained dream coach uses Jungian archetypes to help you to understand your dreams). Facials include hydrotherapy and oxygenating options, as well as the Red Carpet Facial (which promises to leave you feeling as fresh as a movie star) and the Chakra Stone Facial Ritual (with precious stones placed on your chakras). In addition to deep tissue, shiatsu, and Thai massage, you can try the Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi, performed by a masseuse trained by Hawaiian specialist Dr. Maka'ala Yates, or the Qua Signature Stone Massage. Men's treatments include: the Poker Face facial, Shorebreak Sports Massage, Tops & Tails (a scalp, hand, and foot massage), and the Men's Body Optimize (a cleansing, toning, and moisturizing treatment that targets the back).

The Arctic Ice Room completes the relaxation experience. True to its name, you'll see "snow" here, falling from the domed ceiling. Though the room is kept at a chilly 55 degrees, the floor and benches are heated.

Qua also offers a variety of wraps, hypnosis to help with various areas of self-improvement, couples treatments, hydrotherapy, eye contour treatments, bust treatment, waxing, and more. If you need a new coif after visiting Qua, head next door to Color, a salon owned by celebrity stylist Michael Boychuck.

Cost: Massages start at $140 and facials start at $180. Access to the fitness center is included with treatments costing more than $75, and it's available to non-spa-goers for a $25 facility fee. For $45, guests have access to the fitness room, steam rooms, the baths, and the Arctic Ice and Laconium Rooms. Tea service is included in the prices.

Hours:
Open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Note: Spa guests must be 18 and older.
