About Oyster Bar at Suncoast Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas: Oysters are clearly the main attraction here. In addition to pan-roasted preparations and oysters on the half shell, the Oyster Bar also has Bloody Mary shooters (raw oysters on the half shell with vodka mixed with piquant tomato juice) and lemon drop shooters (oysters with citrus vodka and lime juice). Other pre-dinner nibbles include steamers and soft-shell crab.
