The kitchen's best known for its lavish breakfasts (made-to-order and buffet-style), sandwich boards (featuring classics like a B.L.T. and roast beef dip) and steakhouse fare (including prime rib, filet mignon and the aforementioned T-bone), along with some creative twists on seafood.
Hours: 24 hours a day
Pricing: Appetizers range from about $8 to $13, entrees from $8 to $25. A breakfast menu runs from $6 to $19.
About the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino: You can't miss it: the Stratosphere's tower juts nearly 1,200 feet into the sky. It's a ways from the Strip's action, but bargain rooms, 80,000 square feet of gaming floor and the tower's thrill rides keep visitors coming back.
After-dinner entertainment: Iron-stomached daredevils can try Insanity: the Ride, which dangles riders into the void and spins, or XSCREAM, a see-saw nearly 900 feet in the air. The Stratosphere is also home to Polly Esther's nightclub, with four themed dance floors playing retro hits galore.
