Talented bands blow through here when the house band isn't playing; either way, you're bound to get a full measure of hot fiddle and modern twang. About Hooters Casino Hotel: Hooters, known for its beach-bar ambiance, hot wings and scantily clad waitresses, took over the old San Remo Hotel in 2006. With about 700 rooms and 30,000 square feet of gaming floorspace, it's on the small side, unlike the staff's assets.
