This place can set you back a few buck but it is good. This is the way they make food in the old country. The hotel describes this place as, "the finest Italian cuisine and hospitality in a remarkable setting." It's good, real italian food at a price. The menu changes as the season do.
Suggestion:
This place has a monster wine list with bottles that are priced as if they were very good. In other words, be very careful when you peruse the list as you might find yourself spending far too much for a good bottle. Just so that you are aware of it, they frown if you order spaghetti and meatballs with extra parmesan. Just a heads up.
