This restaurant has a view of the Bellagio fountains from the Eiffel tower. The food is classic french with a snobby servers to add to the experience.

Suggestion:

It's expensive but order the lobster or the filet, each have incredible sauces. The souffle's are good but at $15 I'm not sure that good.
