Las Vegas Poll: What Do You Eat in Las Vegas?

There are so many places to eat in Las Vegas I often get frustrated trying to choose. However, there are times when I am running hot at the tables and I just do not have any time to wait for a good looking hostess to frown upon my flip-flops and make me pay for water.

What usually transpires at the very expensive restaurants in Las Vegas is my wife orders a great meal and I end up with what she thought I would like. In the meantime, I order a bottle of wine that I could easily have found elsewhere for a 1/3 of the price. Needless to say I drink almost all the wine and then try not to freak out when the check comes. Four hours later I head to the Mirage and order a Woody Allen from the Carnegie Deli and I fill up on two pounds of corned beef and pastrami.

I could also jam myself into a buffet but the expensive ones hate it when I prolong my stay to include two meals, Breakfast/Lunch or Lunch /Dinner and the cheap buffets give me heartburn. Of course, I do make it a point to hit the Rio Seafood Buffet as often as possible, but they really do not enjoy watching my petite wife eating twice her weight in crab legs.

So what do you eat? Take the poll and don’t be shy if you tend to do more than one. If you are one of those gamblers who drinks for 72 hours straight and eliminates meals you are not alone. I used to live for that challenge.
