Ah Sin At Paris Las Vegas

The Bottom Line
Sitting on the patio with my people watching glasses on as I munched on fried eggplant and sipped on my Makers mark Manhattan. Priceless. Do you need more of a description.
Pros
  • Spider rolls and Spicy Tuna
  • Mongolian Beef
  • Patio seating right on the strip
Cons
  • Fried Calamari
  • closing time
Description
  • Reserve a table on the patio for dinner and stay there all evening. You won't be sorry.
  • The Mongolian beef was playing tricks with my taste buds, fooling me into falling in love.
  • I had to order the spicy tuna twice because one cut roll was nowhere near enough.
  • Ask for a double order of the spicy noodles, they taste better at about four in the morning.
  • My problem with this place was with the sake, they don't warn you not to drink too much.
  • The thai chicken took me over the edge, with its explosion of spice.
  • I had something with shrimp but I was having such an incredible time I forgot what it was called.
  • Why tell you? If you have so much fun you forget what you eat and drink, that's a good thing.
Guide Review - Ah Sin At Paris Las Vegas
After we ordered our server, who by the way was fantastic, came over and helped us wash away our bad luck with a hand washing in scented water. The relaxing feeling of warm water running through your palms as you sit back and enjoy a warm evening only sets you up for a prosperous meal. Soon your appetizers arrive and you find yourself feasting on a delicate balance of flavors that circle the pacific rim like clustered volcanoes on plate boundaries. The flavors explode in your mouth leaving you feeling warm and content. By the time your entree arrives your not sure if it can get better and you realize that you don't remember seeing St. Peter, but you must have died because this is what they probably serve in heaven.
