Question: Where is the best Italian food in Las Vegas?
Answer: Circo at the Bellagio is a good bet for Italian, it is far less expensive that its counterpart Le Cirque and you get great views of the lake and the fountains.
Valentino at the Venetian serves authentic Italian food for a high price. If you want to splurge this is the place to go for a great meal. This is not California Italian though, it's the real thing.
