Question: Where can I get good Chinese food in Las Vegas?
Answer: I am the worst person to ask about Chinese food because it never has done a thing for me. However, because of that I'm sure that you will be more than pleased with Ah Sin at Paris Las Vegas. It is Pan Asian cuisine which is a lot less Chinese and a lot more pacific fusion with a twist, but they do have some Chinese staples on the menu that you will find incredible. I love Ah sin after only a couple of visits.
My ultimate favorite restaurant in Las Vegas is Chinois, Wolfgang Puck does Chinese like no other. The Kung Pao chicken is beyond belief. It's not on the menu so you will have to ask for it. There is not a single thing on the menu that is not good.
