What it’s like at Spago Las Vegas?
If you have to wait for a table in the Cafe area, do it, relax and watch the people go by. Part of the attraction at Spago Las Vegas is the people watching. Why not have them watch you as you eat at Spago? Have a bottle of wine and enjoy yourself. If you do not order the Meat loaf you will forever wished you did. My wife has had everything on the menu so by default I have also had everything on the menu as I clean up her unused portions. I'm sure there is nothing bad on the Spago menu.
Ultimately, you have to choose a restaurant in Las Vegas, Spago is the place to go if you want to guarantee yourself of having a good meal at the right price.
How’s the food at Spago Las Vegas?
Incredible Meatloaf, salads, pastas, pizza and people watching. I can easily say that I have eaten at Spago at least fifty times. I have had the meatloaf 47 of those times. I once had a rib eye and another time a salad. One time I was too sick to have anything but my unforgiving wife still made me sit across from her as she stuffed her face. It's that good. Spago Las Vegas will never disappoint you.
If you order the Meatloaf ask for the port wine sauce, these days it is being served with a mushroom sauce that is good but does not hold a candle to the port wine of the past.
