What it’s like at Simon Kitchen and Bar?
This is the hot spot people around town have been bantering about. The Chef, Kerry Simon, handles himself like royalty as he surveys his restaurant and with the way he blends flavors to bring you to your knees he can have me kiss his toes if he likes.
This is a hip restaurant at the Hard Rock. The modern design lends with the chic atmosphere. It’s not pretentious, just cool. The pretty people dine here and they all look out onto the pool where the rest of the pretty ones think about eating here.
How’s the food at Simon Kitchen and Bar?
You need to have the Asian slaw as it is a gift from above. The chicken curry will revitalize your taste buds and if you are looking for a nice simple dish I would go for the Pasta with meat sauce. If you’re going to hit a club soon after the extra carbs might help.
The hard rock usually equates to drinking a lot of alcohol, so, I suggest you try not to drink too much. Who am I kidding, just don't pass out before midnight.
