What it’s like?
This is a menu dominated by Japanese dishes, including sushi and teppan-yaki. The price seems to fit in right alongside with the rest of the restaurants at the Bellagio. Sit at the Sushi bar and have some spicy tuna and you should be pleased.
You can watch your chefs cook for you at the teppanyaki table or keep an eye out for the jellyfish behind the sushi chefs. The dining room is anything but spectacular and of the Bellagio restaurants might be the least creative. How’s the food?
The sushi is high grade and very fresh. Of course my favorite spicy tuna rolls are so over the top good that I usually order about one roll too much. You could watch at a teppanyaki table but I am not really sure what the draw is there. While the prices are on the high side I would choose the sushi bar over the restaurants to get the most for your money.
This is my favorite place to talk to the Sushi chefs as they try to prepare all those hand rolls with very sharp knives. Keep them laughing and see if you can help them to keep all of their fingers.
