What it’s like at Wolfgang Puck's Postrio?
You get the option of patio dining for the less casual and the formal dining room for those who opted for the afternoon shower and shave. With the amount of characters that visit Las Vegas you owe it to yourself to have a seat on the spacious patio and take in all there is about both the Venetian and the visitors to Las Vegas. The dining room can be romantic but your views out to the plaza are obscured by all the folks on the patio.
How’s the food at Wolfgang Puck's Postrio?
Wolfgang Puck has a way with food and Postrio gives him another opportunity to show off his talent. The swordfish is splendid as are the pasta dishes but for me the burger takes the prize. Sometimes you need a gourmet burger and this baby is it. It’s simple, but I can tell you that a simple burger done just right can rival any fine dining experience you have ever had.
If you are into a lighter meal to go along with your glass of wine. Did I forget to mention you should have a glass of wine. I always think it is necessary to have wine. The salad selections will make you feel like you are watching the calories while not sacrificing the flavors you might expect from a Wolfgang Puck restaurant
The Las Vegas dining experience is part of the reason I enjoy Postrio. Sit outside, enjoy a pleasant meal and feel the stress of your daily life disappear.
