What its like?
From the second you see the slabs of beef aging out front you know this place is the real thing. Gallaghers is located in the Times Square section of the New York/NewYork casino so you get a lot of action going by. Inside the dining room is more of an upscale club with a little mobster atmosphere. It has those spaces where you could lose yourself in conversation or someone could direct a hit from.
Hows the food?
They charge you a hefty price for beef, which is a crime because it is so good I would eat more if I could afford it. You can get some decent seafood here as well but there really is no point. Go for the NY Strip, the Tenderloin or the Filet. You cant go wrong with anything but the cost of the meal.
