What it's like at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas? The dining room at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant has a sleek and modern design that melts away to the windows that draw your attention as soon as you walk into the room. With the restaurant being 11 stories above the Las Vegas strip you get a great view of the Las Vegas valley. Of course few people are mesmerized by the site of real Las Vegas as they become enamored with the dancing water show across the street at the Bellagio.

The wait staff can be hit and miss, on one occasion it seemed as if we were being talked down to, much like a cafe on the Champs-Elysee. On another visit it was as if we were old friends with another server. However, the dining room is comfortable and impressive in design and you will not be distracted by the service.

How's the food at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas?

The Scallops and the Lobster salad are impressive starters. Word from friends was that the Pepper marinated raw beef was very good but since my wife is still feeding our son we opted for well cooked appetizers. The Lobster Thermidor was succulent and it made me reminisce of days long ago when I would head to the Baja California coast and feast on lobster so fresh I would run into the fisherman on the way in. Of course, my wife the meat eater has a special place in her heart for the bone-in rib eye and the pork chop.
