What it’s like at Craftsteak Las Vegas?
This is high end dining and the vibe is cool and tastefully hip. It is a take on old Vegas with all the influences of modern day mega resort Las Vegas. The modern look and the layout make you feel important just because you are eating at Craftsteak. Have a seat at the bar and take a look around, people look comfortable. It’s a place with the attitude to lose your attitude.
How’s the food at Craftsteak Las Vegas?
Craftsteak serves those dishes that you dream up at home and they never turn out right. Chef Tom Colicchio turns your dreams into reality. Quite often you will look at your meal and think, “I could have done this” It’s then that you take a bite and realize you should step away from the pantry and look for that spot on the couch where you order take out from. Opt for the fish as it is fresh, light and savory. If the soft shell crabs and the grilled hanger steak are on the menu don’t make the decision order both. Create your own surf and turf, it’s worth it.
