What it’s like?

The dining room is spacious and the décor is…who cares. The food they are serving at Commanders palace could be served in the shack behind the Boardwalk and it would still be close to the best you have ever tasted. You can see the strip from some tables and you can see the mall from others but it does not make the crab cakes taste any better. Because they already are out of this world.

How’s the food?

The crab cakes will kill you they are so good as is the New Orleans Seafood Barbeque Stew. You might never eat elsewhere. You might as well try the alligator and oyster shooters.

Also, Sunday brunch comes with a jazz band to make you feel like your down in the French Quarter.
