What it’s like at the Border Grill Las Vegas?
The restaurant overlooks the Mandalay pool area so there is always something to see. The high ceilings and large windows lend to the casual feeling of this restaurant. They also have a small “taqueria” where they offer the full menu and you can toss back shots of Tequila while having meaningless conversations with strangers. The restaurant is a bit more formal but not that much more that you could not have a good time with a few friends and a few drinks.
This is fancy Mexican food from the innovative minds of the "Too Hot Tamales". These two women can put together gourmet Mexican food that will floor you. They also have a fantastic Mojito, that includes just enough rum to get you to your second drink but slightly too much to have any more after that.
How’s the food at the Border Grill Las Vegas?
My wife will kill for the skirt steak, she believes it is the finest meal in town. It is relatively inexpensive by Las Vegas standards. Do not, however, order the ten dollar Quesadilla, why would anyone pay $10 for a tortilla with cheese?
