What it’s like?
Located directly on the Las Vegas strip Ah Sin delivers Pan – Asian with a French flair. It’s the Asian Fusion that you’re always hearing about with a bit of a French cuisine shock treatment. Nonetheless, it’s amazing and it is very well priced. The dinning room sits on Las Vegas Blvd. with possible seating both indoors and out. If it’s nice, sit outside and enjoy the endless parade of characters that visit Las Vegas. There is an open kitchen area with dining stations but I have avoided that wild scene in exchange for the show put on by the Bellagio Fountains across the street.
The casual atmosphere at Ah Sin invites you to have dinner without the urgency to be formal and proper. That's not to say you should be a snob but the mood is very relaxed and enjoyable. This is the place to have a good meal while watching the strip move by in front of you. You can experience good service, good food and a great atmosphere.
How’s the food?
It’s possible that you could dine on a little Japanese, a little Chinese, maybe some Thai and then blast it off with some Korean Barbecue (which by the way is just as good as Korea town in LA)
I had the Mongolian beef, the Thai Chicken, a couple of spider rolls, some spicy tuna and some fried eggplant. I nearly passed out it was so good.
