Super Bowl Sunday in a national holiday so where you decide to watch the football game is very important. Make sure that you have a guaranteed seat, access to food and enough drinks to help you make it through the game if your team gets blown out. I have plenty of suggestions for a Super Bowl Party on my big list but let me give you three spots that might work for you right here:
- Sports Books for Super Bowl Sunday - This is not the best option but it is not a bad option. There is no cover to watch the game and you can get fairly inexpensive drinks. Some sports books are close enough to other food options that you can get a cheap meal while watching a game. Drinks are harder during large events as the servers are a little thin. Some of my favorite Sports Books include: Caesars Palace, Mandalay Bay, Mirage and Las Vegas Hotel (The Old Las Vegas Hilton)
- The Super Bowl Party - Just off the strip and across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel Casa di Amore is having their 5th annual Super Bowl Party and everything is included in the price. This is a great deal because you get to go in early and the food and drink starts the minute you sit down. Some parties on the strip don't start until game time.
- Lagasse's Stadium at Palazzo Las Vegas -This place is popular so if you decide this is your spot you might want to make a reservation and plan on spending some good cash if you want a place to sit in their stadium. They have plenty of televisions and above average food but you will pay more.
As you decide on where you will watch the game take into consideration how much you eat and drink. If you do the math you might find that anything in the $150 range might be a good deal if you sit through the entire game. Have fun!
