Add in a James Beard Award winning chef to cook right before my eyes and now you are just mocking my need to have it all. That is precisely what you get at Bellagio's Epicurean Epicenter Series. On January 26, 2013 Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten of Bellagio's Prime Steakhouse will step into the the Tuscany Kitchen and prepare a four course meal right before your eyes that you will get to enjoy. Each course will be paired with wines from Inglenook selected by specifically for this meal. It's hard to beat this experience for the true connoisseur of the art of eating.
