Casual, comfortable and unlike anything else in Las Vegas. Combine Chinese and Mexican and you get a restaurant concept that would seem odd but frankly it is almost obvious to me. I grew up in Southern California and the idea of a carne asada taco with fried rice seems normal. That fact that the idea has been taken to the next level is exciting for me.
