Feeling Special at Jean Georges Steakhouse in Las Vegas

I love a spot that doesn't feel like a cliche. The dining room at Jean Georges Steakhouse in Las Vegas is the anti steakhouse. It feels like an upscale lounge. It feels like I just became the cool guy at the party. When your piece of beef comes out you realize the kitchen thinks you ARE the cool guy because clearly they put a little extra effort into your meal.
