Very few people have seen me dance. It's not a pretty sight somewhere between a wounded gazelle and 1970's era John Travolta. The last time it happened in public was 1996 and I was rocking out to a Van Halen cover band on New Years Eve in a basement in Park City. So, when I tell you that there is a place that actually made me consider it, I might be stretching the truth a tiny bit but what I'm really saying is that the atmosphere at STK is almost enough for me to break my ban on dancing in public. That is saying a lot.
Step into STK Las Vegas and the bar in the middle of the room is the epicenter of the energy. Before you know it you have a drink in your hand and then you're dancing with a complete stranger. The room is sexy the food is appealing and the vibe is very much what you seek in Las Vegas. You can find plenty of steakhouses in Las Vegas but it's hard to find one that does it with the energy and feel of an ultra-lounge. Sit down, grab a drink and start chatting up the people at the next table. You never know, you might make some new friends and even feel like dancing in the aisles.
