Thanksgiving week is upon us and I'm sure you need a diversion from the normal life you lead so I'll attempt to tempt you with things to do in Las Vegas. All week I'll tell you about fun things you should be doing. There is still plenty of time for you to get yourself to the Las Vegas strip so don't be so concerned about not having a real plan. Now, all you have to do is pack an overnight bag and use the Thanksgiving holiday to recharge your mid, body and soul.

Two weeks ago I took a few friends to see Absinthe at Caesars Palace for what might have been my 6th time at the show. Watching their reactions to the humor and the various acts was just as much fun as laughing at some of the same stuff I have already seen a few time before. The Gazillionaire is hilarious, Penny Pibbets is cute and the new girl in the bubble still does something for me. I can also tell you that I think I fell in love with the girl who has unbelievable balance. Absinthe is among the best shows in Las Vegas and after you see it once you'll be sure to tell everyone you know about it. You'll go on about the humor. You'll talk non stop about how close the action is to your seat. You might start thinking about sock puppets. You have been warned.
