Thursday night in Las Vegas is simple. Head over to Bellagio. Stop at Petrossian Bar and have a drink before the night gets going. Now, you can have dinner at Le Cirque and blow your ability to appreciate any other meal again. (yes, it is that good) You could probably head to Sensi instead but that is so good you'll be just as messed up. Don't have a meal, your body can't take it.
Walk into Hyde Bellagio and prepare yourself for a pretty good show that will make you applaud the idea of live music in Las Vegas. Jeremy Cornwell is on stage every Thursday and you'll thank me when the night is done. It's not your typical Las Vegas club experience and it is definitely not the Las Vegas lounge scene of the movies. You get one pretty good musician putting on an entertaining show in one of the nicest spots on the Las Vegas strip.
If you are still concerned about food you should know that they have a small plates menu and the food is coming from the kitchen of Circo right next door. Yeah, it's pretty good as well.
