Uncork'd

When you think of great wine and great food you really should be thinking of Las Vegas. Sure, all across the country and around the world you'll find some incredible places to dine, however, along the Las Vegas strip you have the greatest concentration of chefs and sommeliers anywhere on the planet. Lucky for you Vegas Uncork'd is a celebration of all that is good about the art of food and wine in Las Vegas.

You can get involved in tasting great wines or cooking alongside some of the best chefs in town. Give a little to charity or indulge in late night networking among like minded people. Vegas Uncork'd is what a wine lovers dream looks like.

If you feel like getting a "Taste" of Vegas, Vegas Uncork'd is where you'll be May 10-13, 2012. Tickets are already on sale for this culnary event that will highlight some of the superstars of the kitchen from the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan and the Mandalay Bay. You'll have to consider the Grand Tasting at the Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace. This event features some of the best chefs in Las Vegas serving up their signature dishes alongside a few dozen great wines and an atmosphere that is very "Vegas." You'll finding me sampling plenty of food but I'm looking forward to the Paella lunch with Jose Andes of Jaleo and China Poblano at the Cosmopolitan.

A few events that you should consider at Vegas Uncork'd 2012

Start making your plans to be in Las Vegas May 10 - 13, 2012 for Vegas Uncork'd and make sure to get into some good eating shape. Practice by loading up on some calories as well as getting your tolerance way up. Four days means it's not a sprint but a marathon of good food and good wine.

If you see me, come over and say hello. I'll be the guy eating way too much good food and sampling way too much great wine.
