Congratulatory beers are best. You know what I'm talking about, that beer that is presented to you after you do something great. The pint gets pushed over and you feel like you might have just conquered the planet. For me it was stealing my first base in little league (no, not really) for you it might be telling your boss just how bad of a leader he really is. Public House Las Vegas has only been opened a couple of months and all I hear is good things. I say good things but how can I avoid doing my job since I love good food and a bulging beer list? Head into the Venetian Hotel and find a spot at the bar or into one of the cozy booths and drink away in this modern looking tavern. I'm sure you'll be sending me an email with a description of how many beers you tasted or you might be that one couple from Saskatoon that sent me pictures. ( I don't need that many details) Either way, order a few beers and some glorified French-Canadian chili fries (poutine) and you'll be thanking me.
