If you want the best Las Vegas breakfast you'll have to hit the Plaza Hotel in Downtown Las Vegas where the Omelet House has opened a location. Yes, it sounds nuts but recently I have found that walking over to Denny's either at the Casino Royale or near the Riviera is a much better bet for breakfast. It does not cost as much and the wait is much less than at the coffee shop. If you have your children with you they offer a special menu for kids and if you find a few coupons in the magazines in your room it is dirt cheap.
