2008 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas

The World Series of Poker is just around the corner. Starting May 30 through July 16, 2008 players will be able to compete in 55 events with a chance to walk away with a gold bracelet and a ton of cash. That means if you have $10,000 burning a hole in your pocket you could win it all. If you need to learn the game of Texas Hold’em try out a few tips from these resources. You could also find a Las Vegas poker room and start practicing. You will need to practice at playing poker tournaments so I have compiled a list of poker tournaments in Las Vegas.

If you need a little help doing some research find some of the best books on playing poker and do your homework. You could soon find yourself at the final table of the World Series of Poker
