If you are a New York Giants fan you should check out Casa Di Amore at 2850 E. Tropicana Ave. It's a few blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and could be the place for a huge New York Giants upset party. $55 goes a long way at Casa Di Amore.

If you feel like spending a little more cash try Blondie's at the Miracle Mile Shops, $200 get you all you can eat and all you can drink while watching the game. If for some reason you are going for a low key Super Bowl event you might hit Le Burger Brasserie at Paris Las Vegas, they have a $35 set menu and enough monitors to drive you crazy.
