The Best Steakhouse in Las Vegas?

If you're looking for that one meal with the potential to clot the arteries, blow your Glycemic index but help you stay away from carbohydrates then you must be looking for a steak in Las Vegas. Gallagher's at the New York/New York Hotel ages its beef right out on the casino floor and it makes me hungry every time I walk past the case of steaks. Try the Rib-eye and try to remain conscious, it's that good.

Where are the best Steakhouses in Las Vegas? I think Charlie Palmer at the Four Seasons will take the prize but of course I am usually a few glasses of Bordeaux in when I finally have my steak. If you love steak there is no way Las Vegas will disappoint you.
